Shipping Provided by UPS

Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 5-10 business days.

On progressive or polarized lenses, please allow at least 2-3 extra days. We must look carefully at the measurements and the lens has to be surfaced (built from scratch).

To exchange an item, please return the item that you would like to exchange and include a check for $5.99 made out to "SureShip" to cover the cost of the reshipment and handling of the item(s). Subsequently, we will reship your Exchange order.
