GENERAL FAQ

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Estimated order arrival times are based on the shipping method and the ship to location. Most locations in the United States take less than 4 days to reach their destination via ground shipping.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking and status updates to the email provided during checkout. You can also track the status of your order by utilizing the Account area in the top right hand corner of the site. You will need to provide your email and corresponding order number

What is the cancellation and return policy?

Please verify the size, quantity, and color you are ordering before placing your order. Orders are only cancellable within one business day of ordering. Email olivia.barber@brandrpm.com for assistance. ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the following exceptions: Returns are allowed up to 30 days of order receipt and are only accepted for the following reasons:

  1. The product you receive is damaged.
  2. The product you receive is not the product that you ordered.
  3. Incorrect fit. Apparel is sized within industry specifications, but if it does not fit, it may be returned at your expense via common carrier for replacement. a. Customer is responsible for any cost difference between original merchandise and replacement merchandise.

How can I suggest new products and brands?

You can submit suggestions for the Campus Store through the Contact Us page. Your input will be sent to the proper channels for consideration.

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is limited within the United States including Freely Associated States and United States Territories and Possessions.

What type of shipping method is used?

Fedex SmartPost is the shipping method of choice. However, the USPS is also used as needed.

How are gift or discount codes redeemed on the Campus Store?

Giftcodes and giftcards must be entered correctly in the “Discount Codes” section during the checkout process in order to be enabled and applied correctly to the order.

How do I access my Account Information?

Setting up an account is not mandatory in order to place an order. However, if you desire, you can register for one by clicking on login in the upper right hand of the site and following the prompts. Once registered you can log into the site by clicking on the "Account” link on the upper right hand of the top navigation bar.

Is there a way I can view all my account charges and activity?

Once you have logged in, the top right side of the page will show an Account section. By clicking on this, you can view your activity and order status.

How do I change my Password?

To reset your password, you must first log out. After you log out, proceed to www.shopapus.com and follow the instructions provided.

What if I forget my password?

On the login page, select "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and the reset link will be emailed to you.

Entering Coupon Codes

During checkout the system can process a maximum of two distinct coupon codes per order. Enter your coupon code in the box labeled coupon code and click apply. If you have a second coupon code enter that in the box labeled coupon code and click apply.
